FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)

  • U.S. orders are shipped FREE with USPS service for delivery within 3-7 business days 
  • Expedited shipments must be placed by 2:00 pm EST for same day shipment
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, Monday through Friday
  • UPS service does not deliver packages on weekends
  • UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes
  • Orders shipped to NY and CA are subject to state sales tax.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
    Portolano currently ships to select countries with USPS Postal Service. All duties and taxes upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable. Any undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address information are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Portolano. Original shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
